- Cool Hand Pictures and the Manchester Connecticut Chamber of Commerce will be hosting the first annual Silk City Flick Fest in historic downtown Manchester, Connecticut from Thursday, October 8th – Sunday, October 11th, 2009!!
The Silk City Flick Fest will showcase and celebrate the best Connecticut independent films and films from across the country that express originality and the unique view for which independent films are famous for. This is an exciting event that will bring thousands of people into the Manchester and greater Hartford area.
