I've done various kinds of creative work or media production since I learned to stand up.
I recently completed the 2009 Middlesex Community College Film Industry Training Program, in the Assistant Director's track. Since then, Directing opportunities have started popping up rather nicely.
Focusing specifically on filmmaking since 2008, I am gradually building my reel of work, based primarily on projects with actual budgets -- a somewhat limiting constraint. I am also working on assembling this work in one place on the web -- a work in progress.
I'm a writer, still photographer and videographer, musician (guitar, voice), with audio skills as well. My productions have always been related to my business activities, which have included journalism, printing, computer consulting and sales, not-for-profit association leadership, real estate, and sales.
I enjoy working as part of a production team, and I know enough about the major crafts so I can operate independently when I need to.

Pleasure meeting you Friday night at the mixer! Keep me in mind if you need a photographer! I am adding more pics to my website soon. www.mjmstudiosllc.com
I know what you are saying about paying projects. I do so many things that are free, just because there is no budget in the project, but make an effort to find paying gigs as well. It is a balancing act.
Well I would love to work with you sometime on something. Keep me in mind if you ever need a collaborator with producing, or an actor for a project.
Wally McRae is great. I am from the area where he lives. I have known him for years. That is awesome that you have been reading his stuff. He is very well known. The Missoulian placed him right behind Gary Cooper in the list of the most influential Montanans of the last 100 years!
