Event Description
A new film festival will be initiated on April 10, 2010, in New London, at Mitchell College. This festival is run by the non-profit Lion's Low Vision program, which assists people with poor vision in eastern CT by making home visits-- for free! It's a great cause. I'm a CT documentary filmmaker, and I'm volunteering as an advisor. For this first year, Soprano's actor Joe Gannascoli will be a presenter in the evening, and do a Q&A session!!! We will also hold a panel discussion during the day (with SECT film group hosting), details to be announced. Feel free to submit films by going to the website, www.llvfilmfestival.com, and of course drop by as well!
